We are the designer, project manager and general contractor for our projects. There is no hand-off. The same team who our clients work with on the hundreds (if not thousands) of details during the design phase of their project, is the same team that is on site day-to-day during their renovation, as their general contractor, ensuring that all those details are being executed as intended.

We are architectural designers with a deep knowledge of custom remodels and construction - and when the client’s design team is the same team managing their renovation, then the project benefits by seeing less errors and miscommunications - which translates to staying on budget and on schedule. We are process driven - and because of our detailed planning in both the design, and pre-construction planning phases, we are able to hit the ground running when it comes to the actual project management and general contracting of our client’s renovation.
