We are the designer, project manager and general contractor for our projects. There is no hand-off. The same team who our clients work with on the hundreds (if not thousands) of details during the design phase of their project, is the same team that is on site day-to-day during their renovation, as their general contractor, ensuring that all those details are being executed as intended.

We are architectural designers with a deep knowledge of custom remodels and construction - and when the client’s design team is the same team managing their renovation, then the project benefits by seeing less errors and miscommunications - which translates to staying on budget and on schedule. We are process driven - and because of our detailed planning in both the design, and pre-construction planning phases, we are able to hit the ground running when it comes to the actual project management and general contracting of our client’s renovation. We have an incredible team of talented tradespeople and craftsman that we have worked with extensively over the years, and who understand the benefit of the systems and processes that we have built. Which, ultimately helps us to produce the high level of design, and quality craftsmanship, that we desire for our clients.

This service offering is for clients outside of Portland, Oregon looking to remodel their space. We will send you off with your Remodel Design Packet that has everything you will need to be all set for your future remodel!

By selecting the right furniture, paint colors and accessories, we create a thoughtful and comprehensive design that brings cohesion and flow to your home. We pair this service with any of our other offerings, as well as a stand alone service offering.

Our Mini Design Package is perfect for clients who aren’t in need of a full remodel or set of plans for custom work, but are looking for design guidance on cosmetic updates for their home.

Our Design Coordinator will walk with you through your space, discuss inspiration photos, and brainstorm floor plan, finish & fixture ideas. In the end, you will be sent a digital packet containing your layout, mood board, and a spreadsheet with links to self-source the specific items we have curated for your space.
