This service offering is for clients that might not be ready, or have the need, for our full-service Design+Build offering, however, they still want to take advantage of our architectural design and pre-construction planning services. We will send you off with your Remodel Design packet that has everything you will need to be all set for your future remodel! We also offer on-site consultation visits for our Remodel Design clients for once they begin construction so that we can help ensure costly errors are caught early and not overlooked.

This service offering makes up the majority of our clients, and fully utilizes the depth & breadth of our skill and services - which is providing a vertically integrated architectural design and renovation experience. We are the designer, project manager and general contractor for our projects. There is no hand-off. The same team who our clients work with on the hundreds (if not thousands) of details during the design phase of their project, is the same team that is on site day-to-day during their renovation, as their general contractor, ensuring that all those details are being executed as intended.

We are architectural designers with a deep knowledge of custom remodels and construction - and when the client’s design team is the same team managing their renovation, then the project benefits by seeing less errors and miscommunications - which translates to staying on budget and on schedule. We are process driven - and because of our detailed planning in both the design, and pre-construction planning phases, we are able to hit the ground running when it comes to the actual project management and general contracting of our client’s renovation. We have an incredible team of talented tradespeople and craftsman that we have worked with extensively over the years, and who understand the benefit of the systems and processes that we have built.
